I never really got the whole twitter deal but I have succumbed to social expectations. I just made my first twitter account ever. It's a bit daunting, really. I have stamped myself on the internet and there's no way to take it away (of course, that's what I did with this blog...but whatever). Oh gosh, now I'm going to feel strangely obligated to twitter on it a bunch... but that's kind of the point right: tell people the meaningless stuff going in your life? I wonder if people actually write "dude, just took a crap" or something. I would *definitely* follow them!
